By accessing or using our Service, you (the user of the Service, whether an individual or an entity) agree to be bound by these Terms. House Fixin Trademarks: The House Fixin name, logo, and all related names and logos are trademarks/service marks of RP World LLC. You are not granted any right or license to use any trademarks without the prior written permission of the Company.
Limited License to Users: We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and House Fixin Content for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not: (a) copy, reproduce, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or distribute any House Fixin Content without our prior written consent, except as expressly allowed in these Terms; (b) use any House Fixin Content for commercial purposes or exploit it in any manner not permitted by these Terms; or (c) remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Content.

Termination and Suspension

Termination by Company: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Service (including your Account, if you have one) at any time without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service. We may also remove or refuse to display any content on the Service for any reason. In the event of termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may deactivate or delete your Account.

Your Right to Terminate: You are free to stop using the Service at any time. You may also delete your Account (if applicable) by following the instructions on the Website or contacting us at support@housefixin.com. Please note that content you have submitted or shared may still be accessible by others if it has been published publicly or shared prior to deletion.

Survival: The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnity, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive any termination or expiration of these Terms or your access to the Service.

Disclaimers of Warranties

AS-IS Service: The Service and all House Fixin Content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

No Guarantee of Results: House Fixin strives to provide useful home improvement information and connect you with qualified professionals, but we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. Similarly, while we may facilitate introductions or communications with home improvement contractors or service providers (our “Affiliate Partners”), we are not a party to any contracts you may enter with such third parties, and we do not guarantee the quality or outcome of any work or services provided by them.

Service Availability: We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. While we aim to maintain a reliable Service, we cannot guarantee that the Service will be available at any given time or that it will meet your expectations.

The limitations above apply even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, in such jurisdictions our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company (RP World LLC, doing business as House Fixin) and its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service;
Any User Content or information you submit, post, or transmit through the Service;
Your violation of any law or regulation, or the rights of any third party (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or proprietary rights); or
Any dispute or issue between you and any third party (including any service providers or contractors you engage through the Service).

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In that case, you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim and you shall not settle any such matter without the prior written consent of the Company.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

If you reside outside of the United States, you understand and agree that you are voluntarily choosing to use the Service and that you must comply with all local laws if they apply. However, the governing law for these Terms remains Florida, USA, as stated above.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. In some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as by email or with a notice on our website) of significant changes.

Continued Use Indicates Acceptance: By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. Miscellaneous

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms do not confer any rights or remedies on any person other than you and the Company.
